All - I have installed the software, but cannot connect to the backup server. It shows this error. Anyone else seen this?

The error is simple to resolve.
- Your Internet is offline.
- Your DNS lookup isn’t working. In this example, try running this command ping uk-south21.solidbackup.net
Your DNS provider will return the server’s IP address 92.48.105.78
The ping will fail because ICMP replies are prohibited on a web server. The message below confirms that steps 1 and 2 are working.
- If steps 1 and 2 are OK, this means a firewall is blocking your outbound HTTPS (port 443) connection to 92.48.105.78.
This could be a software firewall on your device, a hardware firewall further upstream, or maybe your organisation has modified your internet proxy and is filtering outbound traffic there. In our experience, most schools, financial institutes, and other government organisations block outbound traffic.
Ask them to allow outbound traffic on port 443 to 92.48.105.78
