Can't login - password is correct

Sorry for second ticket today. I have this error on another customer pc. The owner has lots of live and expired backup softwares on the pc, so I think this could be issue.

If your customers are using lots of free trials, they most likely have used our software before and have a previous configuration stored that is auto-logging in with outdated credentials.

  1. Check for and rename this folder c:\users\username\ .acb. We recommend renaming the folder instead of deleting it because this is where the private encryption key is, and it makes sense to retain it.
  2. Open the backup software again and create a trial account when prompted. This time, the software should log in without any issues.
