I signed up for your free 100GB storage plan and downloaded the software successfully. When I started my first backup (4GB of data), it was estimated to take 1.5 hours. I left my laptop during the process, but when I returned, I saw a “Session Timeout” error. Thankfully, the backup resumed after clicking OK.
My question is: Could this timeout have caused any issues with my backed-up data? Should I be worried about anything?
